TVG-HP1

High Durability Components HP Series Pilot operated 3, 5-port valve Plug-in-type block manifold[New] Direct piping, 100 VAC support (Japan only), and Nitrogen gas support added · · Plug-in valve designed to be carbon neutral, highly reliable, and easy to use. Durability of 120 million cycles. Minimal air leakage even after long-term use. While the equipment is not in operation, air leakage is minimized to help reduce CO2 emissions. Two valve widths, 10mm and 16mm, are available. · Spacer with in-stop valve and valve block with ø Fittings 10 added. · · [Cylinder bore size: up to φ80]

• [Guaranteed fluid: "Nitrogen"]
• By utilizing the characteristics of special non-volatile grease, use with nitrogen gas-which has been highly requested-is now guaranteed.Durability tests have exceeded 20 million cycles, and evaluation is ongoing. *1
• *1 As of February 2026 [100 VAC supported]*2
• 100 VAC support is now in the lineup for wiring-saving types (centralized terminal blocks, D-sub connectors). The TVG Series can also flexibly handle solenoid valve replacements for existing equipment.
• *2 Japan only release [Carbon Neutral]
• Thoroughly improved valve design in areas prone to air leakage. This plug-in valve is the culmination of CKD's commitment to energy conservation, even over long periods of use. [High Reliability]
